A ease of involuntary suicide, occurred last week, six miles south of this town; two men by names of Abbott and Merrill, engaged in it quarrel, Abbott striking Merrill a severe blow with the hammer of his gun, caused the gun to explode, lodging its contents into the breast of Abbott, who survived but a few minutes after the accident.
