Mrs. Fratie Adams, Native of Higbee, Dies in Columbia
Mrs. Fratie Adams 83, Higbee, died at 6 o'clock yesterday
morning in the University Medical Center at Columbia
where she had been a patient for the past two weeks.
Mrs. Adams, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lessley,
was born and lived her entire life in Higbee.
She was a member of the Higbee Christian Chuch.
Surviving are one son, John L. Adams, Higbee; one sister,
Mrs. Cole Baker, Cleveland, Ohio; one niece, Mrs. Pearl Gillispie,
Phoenix, Ariz.; one nephew, James Lessley, Bunceton; and one
grandson, Jerry Adams, USN.
Funeral services wiri be at 2 o'-clock tomorrow afternoon at the
Million Funeral Home in Higbee. Search White, minister of Fairview
Church of Christ, will conduct the service.
Burial will be in the Higbee Cemetery.
