Services for A. G. Moseley, 85, longtime resident of near Holland, were held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday at the Holland Baptist Church. The Rev. Ray Crews officiated.
Mr. Moseley, born in Newbern, Tennessee, had been living near Holland for 65 years. He farmed and operated a grocery for several years.
Mr. Moseley was a member of Holland Baptist Church and had been a member of the Steele Odd Fellows since 1908. For 14 years he served as constable in Pemiscot County and supervised work on County Route M.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Vera Moseley; nine daughters; five sons including A. G. Moseley, Jr., of Steele; one brother; three stepdaughters including Mrs. Edna Jones of Holland; and three stepsons: Henry Neal of Blytheville, Hugh Neal and W. L. Neal, both of Holland.
Pallbearers were members of Steele Odd Fellows Lodge.
Burial was in Number Eight Cemetery, with Cobb Funeral Home of Blytheville in charge.
