Ramah Waggoner, age 96 of Ozark, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2002 in Ozark Nursing and Care Center. She was born September 14, 1905 in the Linden Community, the daughter of Jeff and Nola (Bradley) Brazel. She was a homemaker and worked alongside her husband on the farm for many years. Mrs. Waggoner was a member of Sparta Church of Christ. Her husband, Pete Waggoner, preceded her in death in 1981, as well as a brother, Seldon Brazel.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, Lynn Payne, Nov Lee Campbell and Janet Johns, all of Ozark, and Ella Mae Bishop, Temecula, Calif.; and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2002 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with burial in Linden Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.

Peter "Pete" Waggoner, 80, Ozark, died Oct. 31, 1981 in his home after a long illness. Mr. Waggoner, a lifelong community resident, was a retired farmer and a member of Sparta Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Ramah L; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Robinson and Mrs. Lola Payne, both of Ozark; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Nov. 3 in Harris Chapel with Doin Pitchford and Dwayne Bray officiating. Burial was in Linden Cemetery.
