Celebration of Life Services for Eudean Marie Claxton, 62, a former resident of NHC HealthCare of West Plains for the last twenty-five years, will be held at 6:30 p.m., Friday, September 15, 2017 at NHC HealthCare.
Eudean died at 6:02 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2017 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Missouri. She was born November 9, 1954 in Howell County, Missouri to Otis Claxton and Pauline Hazel Mosier Claxton.
She is survived by her sister, Gloria Sue Kimbel, husband, Gene, Jackson, Missouri; nieces and nephews, David Colbert, Leann Proud, Luke Colbert and family; her aunt, Treva Hammond; and her cousins, Kaye Hicks, husband, Homer, Rod Hammond, Shirley Bodkin, Rex Knapp, wife, Debbie, Sharon Goodman, Karon Fink, Kathy and Edward Mosier, Patricia Claxton and Priscella Claxton.
Her parents, Otis Claxton and Pauline Ledgerwood and one sister, Charlene Claxton, preceded her in death.
Eudean made a life at NHC HealthCare where all her friends became family.
Memorial contributions in memory of Eudean Marie Claxton may be made to the NHC HealthCare Activity Fund and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
