Mrs. Dora Sanders, 81, died Monday morning at a Bentonville nursing home. She was born May 18, 1893 in McDonald County, Mo. Most of her life was spent in Oklahoma, coming to Bentonville in 1970 from Pryor, Okla.
She is survived by six sisters, Mrs. Ethel Holland and Mrs. Maggie Mercer, both of Jane, Mo., Mrs. Rosa Harrington, Joplin, Mo., Mrs. Juanita McKnight and Mrs. Beulah Hornsby, both of Arizona, and Mrs. Jewell Dodson, California; a brother, George Russell, Jane, Mo.; two granddaughters.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Jane, Mo., Church of Christ with Walter Buchanan officiating. Burial will be in the Jane Cemetery, under the direction of Callison McKinney Funeral Home of Bentonville.
