LINN (Special_ -- Mrs. Emma Grant Vogel, 80, a former resident of Linn, died Saturday morning at the Methodist Manor Rest Home, Tulsa, Okla.
Mrs. Vogel was born March15, 1884, in Osage County, the daughter of Ferdinand and Margaret Grotford Vogel.
She was a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Nursing, and spent many years in various parts of the United States working with home missions of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include: One brother, Jesse Vogel, Linn; two sisters, Mrs. Bertie Granger, Gracemont, Okla., and Mrs. John Baker, Linn.
One sister, three brothers and three half-brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, at the St. John's Methodist Church, Linn, with the Rev. Wayne Kidwell officiating. Burial will be in the Linn Cemetery.
