Noah Colden Coop, 52, passed away Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at his home in Fort Scott, Kan. He was born Oct. 14, 1961, in Kansas City, Kan., to Noah Levi and Barbara "Kay" Coop.

Noah was so passionate about everything he was involved in. Whether it was fishing, hunting or building a business. He and his first wife, Sheryl (Duncan), owned and operated Premier Memorials in Anderson, Mo. He was a master stone carver and received a certificate for that accomplishment.

He owned and operated a Flea Market in downtown Fort Scott, Kan., with his second wife, Terri (Carr), and together they built a toy business that had customers in many foreign countries as well as the USA. He was known in the toy business as "The Marxman."

True to his name, he LOVED animals! He always had pets in the house; at one time or another there were dogs, cats, fish, lizards, guinea pigs and iguanas. Just to name a few.

During his father's battle with cancer, Noah was very devoted to his parents, and spent many hours with Bud driving him to all his doctor's visits and being supportive to Kay in caring for him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Noah Levi "Bud" Coop; and his beloved grandparents, Vern and Ruth Snodgrass, and Jesse Colden and Elva Viola Thompson.

He deeply loved his family and friends.

He is survived by "his pride and joy" his daughter, Caila Nichole Coop and fiance, Devehn Spitzer, of Goddard, Kan.; his loving and faithful mother, Kay Coop of Bella Vista, Ark.; his supportive sisters, Christy (Eddie) Logue of Bella Vista, Ark., and Colleen Truong of Bentonville, Ark.; nephews and nieces, Michael Heflin, Jennifer (Kevin) Harrison, Kathryn (Cody) Dyke, Chelsea Heflin, Emily and Erin Logue, Stephanie Truong, Jared, Timmy and Megan Logue; several great-nieces and nephews; and many, many relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held at noon on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Jane Cemetery, Jane, Mo.
