Teddy Steven Pliler went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022. He was born on July 24, 1949, in West Plains, Mo., to Ida May Thompson Pliler and Jonah Pliler.
He attended school in West Plains and graduated high school as a Zizzer.
He worked many years at Reed Harlin as a salesman, and then worked for Kissinger Oil for 12 years.
He was married to Brenda Joyce Swearengin on July 25, 1970.
His parents and mother- and father-in-law; his brothers Bobby, Dallas, Bill and one sister Betty; his brothers-in-law Buck and Jack; one nephew Darrell Collins; and one great-nephew Dereck Collins precede him in death.
Ted loved to visit with everyone, and he especially loved his children. His love for horses was his hobby.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022. The public is invited.
