Death and Funeral of Wm. Reed
Wm. Reed, one of the oldest settlers of Jasper county, died yesterday morning of old age at his home near Reeds Station.
Mr. Reed had resided in that section for well on to half a century and had a wide acquaintance throughout the country.
The town of Reeds Station was named after him. The funeral occurred this morning at 10 o'clock and the interment was in the cemetery near his late home.
