Perry Bowman, 84, Purdy, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday at the South Barry County Hospital in Cassville.
He was born March 4, 1886, in Barry County and had lived near Purdy since 1919.
Survivors include a brother, Oscar Bowman, Purdy; and three sisters, Mrs. Amos Foster and Mrs. Ina Ennes, both of Purdy, and Mrs. Iva Moore, Monett.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Bennett-Wormington Chapel, Monett. Eddy Bowman will officiate and burial will be in Arnhart Cemetery east of Purdy.
