Roberts Rites Tomorrow
Collin Roberts, 75, died at St. Louis yesterday and the body was taken to Canalou to lie in state in the home of son, Amos Roberts, until time for services.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Canalou Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Allie C. Sullivant officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery, Sikeston.
Mr. Roberts was born May 10, 1878 at Puxico, Mo., was preceded in death by his wife and three children. Surviving are two sons, Amos Roberts of Canalou; Delbert Roberts, of Cleveland; two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Rogers and Mrs. Linnia Vent, both of St. Louis; one brother, Dennis Roberts of Bakersfield, Calif.; and two half-brothers, Buster Martin of Bernie, Mo., and Robert Williams of Piggott, Ark.
