Services for Clyde Lewis Beaver, 79, Seligman route 1, who died at 9:10 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, following an illness of three weeks, were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Gateway (Ark.) Assembly of God Church.
The Rev. Gerald Winters officiated. Burial was in New Salem Cemetery, Seligman, under direction of Culver Funeral Home, Cassville.
Born May 18, 1891, at Seligman, Mr. Beaver had lived his entire life in this area. He was a retired section hand for the Frisco and North Arkansas railroads and a retired farmer. He was a member of the Gateway Assembly of God church.
Survivors include a son, Howard Beaver, of the home; a brother, Claude Beaver, Hemet, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Claude Brown, Granby.
