Funeral services for Norvel V. Greene, 37, of Route 4, Bentonville were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock in Burns Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Morrison of Decatur, officiating. Burial was in Shelt-Noel Cemetery west of Pineville under the direction of Burns Funeral Home.
Mr. Greene died Friday evening at Gravette Medical Center of Gravette. Born Sept. 27, 1934, in Pineville, Mo. he was the son of Oscar and Olive Del Vore Greene. He moved with his parents to Albuquerque, N.M. when 10 years of age and lived there until 10 years ago when he returned to make his home northeast of Bella Vista. He was a building contractor.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Norma L. Brady Greene of the home; his mother, Mrs. Olive Greene, Route 1, Pea Ridge; two brothers, Kenneth and Dale Greene both of Albuquerque, N.M.; four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Childers of Los Alamos, N.M., Mrs. Gladys Dean of Albuquerque, N.M., Mrs. Muriel Pace of Fairfax, Va. and Mrs. Nettie Craig of Kansas City Mo.
