Camilla "Cammie" Michelle Burge, 46, of Gosnell, Ark., died Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at the Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

Born April 7, 1962 in Hayti, she is the daughter of Calvin Ham and the late Janey Kay King Ham.

Cammie was united in marriage to Kenny Burge on February 4, 2006 in Eureka Springs, Ark.

She graduated from South Pemiscot High School with the Class of 1980 and then went on to get her LPN degree later. She later graduated from Arkansas Northeastern College with her RN degree. She worked at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, Ark., as a surgical nurse. She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Burge leaves her husband, Kenny Burge, of the home;
One daughter, Leslie Threadgill of Memphis;
Her father, Calvin Ham and his wife Diane, of Steele;
Her grandmother, Gaither King, of St. Louis;
Two brothers: Adam Ham of Long View, Texas and Derek Ham of Mays Landing, N.J.;
Her father-in-law, Neil Burge and his wife Theresa, of Blytheville;
Her mother-in-law, Sissy Rogers, of Bentonville, Ark.; and
One niece and nephew, Jenna Ham and Darin Ham.

Funeral services for Mrs. Burge were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 23, at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with Rev. Eddie Clemons officiating.

Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele.

Pallbearers were Roger Pritchett, Joe Long, Travis Payne, Hugh Weathers, Denny Wooten and Jason Lindsey.
