Celebrating the life of Addie Elaine Lester
This memorial page is dedicated for family, friends & future generations to celebrate the life of their loved one.
Mrs Lester born in Cross Hollow the daughter of Leonard and Bertha (Patton) Wiseley. On 28 March 1948 she was united in marriage to Doris Lester.
Mrs Lester grew up and received her education at Cross Hollow. She farmed all her life on their dairy farm. She was a member of Southern Hills Church of Christ in Aurora. Mrs Lester favorite pastime was gardening. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren & family.
Surviving favorite pastime are son Gary Lester w/wife Carla & daughter Becky Matthews w/husband Ted all of Cassville; grandchildren: Kerry McGowan, Justin & Sarah Lester, Shannon & Brendon Barnes: great grandchildren: Bryton McGowan, Sky & Jade Dill and Brett, Braxton, Kallie, Kacie & Janie Belle Barnes.
Preceding Mrs Lester was her husband, parents, plus all of her siblings: Dorothy Scribner, Iris Eden, Inez Long, Doyle, Royle and Blaine Wiseley.
Funeral services was at Fohn Funeral Home w/Glen Cope conducting the services.

Addie Elaine Lester, age 91, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Oak Pointe of Monett.
She was born August 3, 1926 in Cross Hollow the daughter of Leonard and Bertha (Patton) Wiseley. On March 28, 1948 she was united in marriage to Doris Elbert Lester, who preceded her in death on September 20, 1998. Also preceding her in death were her parents, three brothers, Doyle, Wiseley, Royle Wiseley and Blaine Wiseley and three sisters, Dorothy Scribner, Iris Eden and Inez Long.
Surviving are one son Gary Lester and his wife Carla and one daughter, Becky Matthews and her husband Ted all of Cassville; five grandchildren, Justin Lester, Sarah Lester, Kerry McGowan, Shannon Barnes and Brendon Barnes and eight great grandchildren, Bryton McGowan, Sky and Jade Dill and Brett, Braxton, Kallie, Kacie and Janie Belle Barnes.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 20, 2018 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Glen Cope will conduct the services. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Cassville.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time Friday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
