Bertha “Margaret” Luney, age 99, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, at Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation .
She was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma the daughter of Clarence “Cap” and Cecil Osburn. On December 14, 1938 she was united in marriage to Amos Luney who preceded her in death in 1963. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Ronnie Luney; two granddaughters, Becky Agnew and Tonya Sharp; four brothers and three sisters.

Surviving are sons Joe Luney w/ wife Linda of Pea Ridge, Arkansas and Bob Luney w/wife Jean of Iowa Park, Texas; daughters Alice McNabb w/husband Max and Nancy May w/husband Tom all of Exeter, Missouri; five grandchildren, Jeff Luney, Brian Luney, Rhonda Savage, Jeremy McNabb and Pam McNabb; two step grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Margaret received her education in Cassville,. For over twenty years she was employed at Tyson’s and worked seventeen years at Fasco. She was a foster grandmother at Cassville School until the age of 90. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church for fifty years.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, August 24, 2018 at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Cassville under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

Contributions may be made to Bible Baptist Church in memory of Bertha.
