Reverend Blanche Bertha Bunnell Storer, 65, minister of the United Methodist Churches at Ash Grove and Walnut Grove, died, Sunday, August 30, in Springfield Baptist hospital from an apparent heart attack suffered August 27 at the parsonage in Ash Grove.

She was born May 17, 1905, at Parkers Prairie, Minnesota. Ordained in 1957, Mrs. Storer previously served churches at Kendricktown, Monett, Purdy, New Salem, Mount Pleasant, and Butterfield.

Surviving are her husband, Jesse B. Storer; three sons, James B. Storer of Joplin, Eldon L. Storer of Topeka, Kansas, and Stanley E. Storer of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Irene Houston of Topeka and Mrs. Brita Annette Berger of Wichita, Kansas; five sisters, Mrs. Mytle Williamson of Senath, Mo., Mrs. Janette Cloud of Diamond, Mrs. Luella Knight of Pierce City, Mrs. Verna Mead of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Arline Newman of Crane; two brothers, James Bunnell of Tulsa and L.M. Bunnell of Wheaton; and 14 grandchildren.

Services were at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Doyle L. Daniel Memorial Chapel at Ash Grove. Reverend Perry A. Rowland and Reverend A. Sterling Ward officiated. Burial was in the Ash Grove Cemetery.

Ministers served as honorary escorts.
