Photo Submission Guidelines

To help us maintain a high-quality archive, please keep the following tips in mind when uploading your photos:

• Headstones Only: To keep our archive consistent, we only accept photographs of the monuments themselves rather than portraits of individuals.
• Prioritize Clarity: Please ensure photos are clear and legible. Close-up shots work best, as distant or blurry images are difficult for researchers to read.
• Deceased Records Only: To keep our database accurate, please only transcribe the details for individuals who have passed, even if other names appear on the stone.
• Respect Original Work: Please only upload your own photos. To honor our volunteers' dedication, we also ask that you do not repost images from this archive to other databases.
