Juanita V Reed passed away Wednesday in her home.

She was the daughter of late Martha Six & Cleo A Barger. On 31 Oct 1963 she was united in marriage to Vester Doyle Reed. Also preceding her in death were step-son Jerry Reed, plus brothers Lynn Barger & Buck Barger.

Surviving are children: Don Allen Reed w/wife Deborah of Avoca AR, Doyle Reed w/wife Alicia of Berryville AR, Ladena Curtis w/husband Daryl of West Fork AR, Nina Jean Settlemayer w/husband Mike of Morrilton, AR, Sherry Reed of Rogers AR, Alen Reed, George Reed w/wife Crystal, & Lonnie Horton all of Seligman; adopted children: Brent Reed, Joseph Reed, Summer Reed, April Reed & Christy Reed; brothers: Dale Barger w/wife Anne of Russellville AR, Glen Barger of Frankfort IL, Gerald Barger w/wife, Glenda of Monett, Missouri and Edward Barger and his wife Diane of Rogers AR; 50 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren.

Juanita grew up & received her education in Rogers AR. Most of her life was spent as a poultry farmer, working for Georges. 24 years ago, she moved from Elm Springs, AR to Seligman to make her home. She was a member of His Way Fellowship in Gateway AR. Some of her favorite pastimes were crocheting, attending church & especially spending time with her family.
