Funeral services for Levonia Lester, 49, who died in Detroit, Mich., March 11, 1944 were held at the Baptist Church at Holland, Wednesday, March 15, 1944. Interment, under the direction of German Undertaking Co., was in the Lester Cemetery.
Surviving are her former husband, U. V. Lester of Holland, three sons, Ruel of Detroit, Royal of Holland, and U. V. Jr., who is in the armed forces, and one daughter, Velma Slayton of Detroit.
