Mrs. Lisa Diane Rhoades, 49, of Steele, died Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Kennett. Born November 9, 1962 in Dyersburg, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Ray and Elizabeth Britt Hall.
Lisa was united in marriage to Dusty Rhoades November 24, 2003 in Blytheville, Ark.
She was a graduate of Mississippi County Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science.
Lisa worked from 1995 until 2005 at the Steele Enterprise as sales and production manager before taking over as editor in 2005.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Clifford Ray Hall, Jr.
She leaves her husband, Dusty Rhoades, of Steele; two daughters: Angel Pritchett and Keith of Steele and Stephanie McMellon and Adam of Cooter; a step-son, Curtis Rhoades of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers: Tony (and Karla) Hall of Prairie Grove, Ark., and David (and Lisa) Hall of Florida; one sister: Donnie (and Joe) Riley of Elkins, Ark.; and two grandsons: Zachary and Brian McMellon of Cooter.
Visitation was held from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Tuesday at Powell Funeral Home in Steele with funeral services following at 2 p.m.
The Rev. Clifford Britt officiated with Powell Funeral Home of Steele in charge of arrangements.
