Fanny was the 6th of seven children born to Dr. Henry Fenton Steinhauer and Jemima Sappington. Her siblings: John James (died young), Emma, John D. (died young), Sarah Wells (died young), Mary Agnes (died young) and Mary.
The stone is in the center of the cemetery and Fanny's inscription is on the west side.
