Toni Ann Crouch, 58, daughter of Tom Orr and Naomi Weaver Orr, was born Sept. 25, 1947, at Guttenburg, Iowa. She died Feb. 22, 2006, at her home at Dallas Center, Iowa, after a battle with cancer.
She married Charles Richmond Crouch in July 1978 at Des Moines, Iowa. She had two daughters, and he had two sons.
She was a skilled service manager at Childserve in Johnson, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are her husband of the home at Dallas Center, Iowa; children, Beth Johnson of St. Louis, Michelle "Mickie" Harvey Crouch of Des Moines, Iowa, Dale Crouch of Boone, Iowa, and Steve Crouch of Lincoln, Neb.; one brother, Tom Orr of St. Louis; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Graveside services were Feb. 25 at the Clear Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Emmett Bradford officiating under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home.
