Cabool - Funeral services for Miss Hazel E. Means will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Faith and Hope Church with the Rev. Payton Smyer officiating. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery under direction of Elliott-Gentry.
Miss Means, a lifelong resident of the Texas County area and a member of the Faith and Hope Freewill Baptist Church, died at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday in the Texas County Memorial Hospital, Houston, following a long illness.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Alberta Williams of Elk Creek; and four brothers, Otho, Leslie and Floyd, all of Willow Springs, and Thomas of Calendar, Iowa.
