Hazel Marie Fix, 74, of Hannibal, died at 8:20 AM Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the home of her daughter and son in law; Faith & Steve Saylor.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 17, at the Nagle Church in Houston, Missouri. Pastor Tony Quinn will officiate. Burial will be at Nagle Cemetery in Houston. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fix was born November 6, 1935, in Greeley, Colorado to Straud Lee and Myrtle McCoy.

Survivors include 9 children, Faith Saylor (Steve) of Hannibal, MO, Anita Vaglienti of Hannibal, MO, Tammy Quinn (Tony) of Elkins, AR, Robin Hughes (Doyce) of Dayton, TN,Thomas Brown of New Mexico, Shawna Simmons (Ricky) of Livingston, TX, Adam Fix of Mamou, Louisiana, Angela Metts (Jamie) of Cleveland, TX, Aaron Fix (Kristy) of Hannibal, MO, 2 Brothers, Lester McCoy and Walter McCoy 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by 1 daughter; Micki Rae Fix and 1 granddaughter; Winter Lea Hines.

Mrs. Fix was a U S Air Force Veteran. She was a self employed seamstress. Hazel enjoyed knitting, crocheting and riding her bike to town. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and enjoyed eating and sharing with family and friends, especially a hot cup of coffee. Hazel was a Christian by faith.
