Earlie Belle Foster, 83, the daughter of Robert and Belle Hunter, was born Jan. 28, 1906. She died March 10, 1989, at the Kabul Nursing Home in Cabool.
Her early years were spent in the Cabool area.
She married George W. Foster April 6, 1929, in West Plains. They lived on a farm south of Elk Creek.
Surviving are her son, Carroll Foster of Cabool; two step-sons, Kenneth Foster of Washburn, Ill. and Russell Foster of Springfield; her twin sister, Pearlie Dotson of Cabool; one brother, Aubrey Hunter of Cabool; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and 11 brothers and sisters.
Services were Monday, March 13, in the Elliott-Gentry Chapel with Keith Cunningham officiating. Burial was in Steely Chapel Cemetery in Elk Creek.
