Mamie Lucille Douglas, 82, of Blytheville, Ark., died Monday, April 19, 1999 at the Baptist Memorial Nursing home in Blytheville.
Born in Jonesboro, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Otto Scott and Ollie Stanton Scott.
Mamie was united in marriage to Leo Colley Douglas, who preceded her in death.
She was a retired school cook.
Mrs. Douglas leaves two daughters: Eva Patrick of Duncan, Okla., and Bobbie McGee, of Blytheville; two sisters, Lola Wagner of Steele, Mo, and Mary Clift of Jackson, Calif.; one grandson, Roger McGee, and three great-grandchildren: Colley McGee, Morgan McGee and Jerrod McGee, all of Blytheville.
Funeral services for Mrs. Douglas were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 21, 1999 at the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville with Rev. Bill Fuller officiating.
Burial was at the Mount Zion Cemetery in Steele with Cobb Funeral Home in charge.
