Graveside services for Lillie Maye Carroll, 69, West Plains, were Saturday, March 14, 2009, at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Mrs. Carroll died at 2:41 a.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in West Vue Nursing Center. She was born Oct. 30, 1939, near Twin Bridges, Mo., to Irvin and Esther Faye Cunningham Bunch. On Aug. 30, 1957, she was married at Hernando, Miss., to Clarence Brandt who preceded her in death on Feb. 18, 1969. On June 5, 1971, she was married at Miami, Okla., to E. H. Carroll. Mrs. Carroll was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, E.H. Carroll, of the family home; one daughter, Belinda Eldringhoff, husband, Ben, of Pomona, Missouri; stepson, Kenneth Carroll, wife, Robin, of West Plains; one granddaughter, Kathleen Mae Eldringhoff; three step-grandchildren, Jamie Johnson, Amanda Pool and Jacob Carroll; three step-great-grandchildren, Melody Johnson, Cabel Johnson and Taylor Jo Pool; brother-in-law, Leon Carroll, wife, Betty, of Pontiac, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews. Her parents, first husband, and four brothers, Ernie, Claude, Floyd and Ralph Bunch, precede her in death. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
