Funeral services for Edward Wiley Wilbanks, 77, West Plains, will be held at 2:00 pm Monday in the First Christian Church at Pomona with Bill Combs officiating.
Mr Wilbanks died at 9:55 p.m. Thursday at his home, suffering from an apparent heart attack. He was born April 5, 1902, at Pomona to the late Jacob and Maggie DeBoard Wilbanks.
In 1916 he was married in the state of Kansas to Jo Ann Christopher, who preceded him in death September 18, 1970. On September 27, 1972 he was married at Pomona to Gladys Branstetter.
He had been a school bus driver for the Willow Springs School District for more than 30 years.
Mr Wilbanks had been a member of the Christian Church since young manhood with his present membership in the First Christian church at Pomona.
Survivers include his wife, Mrs Gladys Wilbanks, West Plains, one daughter, Mrs Garrett (Mildred) GRaham, Pomona; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and one brother, Elmer Wilbanks, West Plains.
His parents and three brothers preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:30 pm Sunday in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
Burial will be in the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson Drago funeral Home of West Plains.
