Dorothy M. Bounds, 64, of Steele, Mo., died Saturday, August 15, 1998 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Born October 16, 1933, she was the daughter of Hallie Goodman Bounds and the late Amerucus Bounds. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Bounds.
Dorothy leaves her mother, Hallie Bounds, of Steele; Five sons: Doyle Crews of Fruitland, Mo., Dale Crews of Farmington, Mo., Donald Crews of North Carolina, Danny Crews of Malden, Mo., and Douglas Crews of Jonesboro, Ark.; One daughter, Melissa Crews, of Steele; One brother, Houston Bounds of Sikeston, Mo.; One sister, Virginia Branch, of Paragould, Ark.; and Six grandchildren.
Graveside services for Dorothy Bounds were held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 1998 at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. J.E. Crews officiating. McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett was in charge of arrangements.
