Graveside services for Luceal (Lenora) Mead, 94, Phoenix, Ariz., and formerly of West Plains, were Saturday, May 22, 2010, at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Mrs. Mead passed away on May 8, 2010. She was born Jan. 17, 1916, in Weatherford, Okla., to James and Rosa Quick. Mrs. Mead moved to Arizona in 2005 from West Plains. Before her time in West Plains, she owned and operated a store and station in South Fork, Mo. While in South Fork, she was an outstanding member of the community and South Fork Church. After moving to West Plains, Luceal was a member of the West Plains Nazarene Church and upon moving to Peoria, Ariz., she joined the First Nazarene Church, Peoria, Ariz. She is survived by her son, Clyde Perrigan and her daughters, Pauline, Rodgers, husband, Leonard, Tempe, Ariz., and Margaret Wood, Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
