Dorothy Lee “Dottie” Robohm, the daughter of the late Edward Dorsey Castleberry and Daisy Dean Long Castleberry was born on April 1, 1915, at Des Arc, Arkansas. She entered into eternal peace March 21, 2012 at the age of 96 years.
On April 11, 1947 she was married at Leavenworth, Kansas, to John P. Robohm, who preceded her in death on January 11, 2000. Dottie was an avid gardener and loved to grow flowers and vegetables. She had a green thumb and the natural ability to make anything grow. She and John worked hard all their lives taking care of family and the needs of their church. She was a loving mother and wife. She had a special place in her heart for her only grandson. She is now at peace with God and John after fulfilling a long and gracious life according to God’s plan.
She is survived by one child, Jill Williams and husband, Jr., West Plains and one grandchild, Matthew John Williams, and wife Janet, Springfield, MO, and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside memorial services will be held on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, Howell County, Missouri, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
