WILLIAM HENRY (BABE) GIBSON
William Henry (Babe) Gibson, 84, of 2701 East Atlantic, died at 8 a.m. yesterday in City Hospital following a short illness. He was a retired Frisco boilermaker's helper.
Surviving is his wife, Flo; three sons, Ernest, Springfield, Eugene, Pleasant Hope and Ray, 1923 East Monroe Terrace; nine daughters, Mrs. Suzy West, Springfield, Mrs. Dorothy Tindle, Houston, Tex., Mrs. Pearl Hilburn, 3025 West Division, Mrs. Anna Hilburn, 2433 East Atlantic, Mrs. Hazel Hilburn, 1713 East Atlantic, Mrs. Betty McCall, 3940 West Highway 66, Mrs. Wanda McCall, 1125 West Kearney, Mrs. Ellen Hutchison, 1841 North Oak Grove, and Mrs. Mildred Fox, 2701 East Atlantic; 45 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
