Bernard Oneal Glidwell, 53, of Searcy, Ark., died Sept. 2, 1991 at White County Memorial Hospital there. Born April 18, 1938 in Ramer, Tenn., he was the son of Grady Robert and Effie C. Smith Glidewell. He had lived most of his life at Steele before moving to Searcy.
He is survived by three sons, Robert Oneal, Mark Allen and Chris Glidewell, all of Searcy; one daughter, Mrs. Cynthia Gail Hundhausen of Cooter; three sisers, Mrs. Rachel Arnold of Southaven, Miss., and Mrs. Charlene Crocker and Mrs. Shirley Threadgill, both of Steele; and three grandchildren.
Services were Sept. 4 at 2 p.m. at Steele Assembly of God Church, the Rev. Mike Cantrell and the Rev. Loyd Adams officiating, with burial in Mount Zion Cemetery, John W. German Funeral Home of Steele in charge.
Pallbearers were Ken Caraway, Jackie Mosier, Mike Threadgill, Randy Crocker, Bobby Gene Glidwell and Danny Fisher.
