Anna Marie Hill, 73, of Steele, died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2006 at her home.
Born Aug. 22, 1933 in Fulton, Miss., she was the daughter of the late L.J. Ledbetter and Lizzy Crocker Ledbetter.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, James Prestridge and one grandson, Chucky Hayes.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Pentecostal Church in Holland.
Ms. Hill leaves four daughters: Brenda Bishop and her husband Bill of Finley, Tenn. and Sharon Ganus and her husband Carol, Linda Britt and her husband Jack and Denise Jordan, all of Steele; Five sons: Ricky Reggins, Donnie Ledbetter, John Hill and Allen Hill, all of Steele and Arnold Hill and his wife Brandy of Caruthersville; Twenty-seven grandchildren; Twenty-five great-grandchildren; and Two sisters: Sharon VanDyke and Mildren Wiseman.
Funeral services for Ms. Hill were held at 2 p.m. Sunday Sept. 10, 2006 at the Faith Pentecostal Church in Holland with Bro. Charles Faught and Bro. Clifford Britt officiating.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with John W. German Funeral Home of Steele in charge of services.
Pallbearers were Michael Ganus, Jeremy Burton, Brandon Burton, Jason Hill, Jerry Grissom and Larry Grissom.
Honorary pallbearers were Donnie Jackson, Terry Barham and David Allen.
