Enola Williamson
Enola Kathryn Williamson, 91, of Grove, Oklahoma, formerly of Verona, died April 19 in Grove.
Mrs. Williamson was the daughter of George and Lena Lambeth. She was a graduate of Aurora High School. She worked for Bechtel, Price, and Callahan during World War II, taking part in the construction of the Yukon Highway in Alaska.
She married Wendall Williamson in 1947, and he preceded her in death in 1994.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gibson and Eugene Lambeth.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. tomorrow, April 24, at Spring River Cemetery in Verona under the direction of Turner Funeral Home of Grove, Oklahoma. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 27, at the Presbyterian Church in Grove.
Memorials may be made to the cemetery.
NOTE: Her birth father was George P. Rudig, who died in 1913, and her mother then married George Gibson Lambeth in 1916.
