Little Dorothy Evelyn, the six year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carlie Pritchard died at ten minutes past twelve on last Saturday morning. She had been sick with diphtheria but had apparently recovered, she had been able to be up a little while at a time. Just a short time before she passed away she seemed to have a spasm, after which she only lived a few minutes. She had been unable to keep any medicine on her stomach and tho in a very weakened condition, her parents thought her well on the road to recovery. She was the eldest of three children and had been in school but two weeks when she became ill. The other children have been vaccinated against that dreaded of all children's diseases, diptheria.
Funeral services were held Sunday with interment in Holly Cemetery.
The Enterprise extends to the bereaved parents and other loved ones, who survive the passing of this little Angel, its sincere sympathy, for we too have one in that home not made with hands.
