Tommy Max Glass, 55, of St. Louis, Mo., died Wednesday, August 4, 1993, at the Lutheran Hospital in St. Louis.
Born March 19, 1938 at Leachville, Ark., he was a son of James Zenia Glass and the late France Glass.
Mr. Glass was a photographer until ill health overcame him. At Hernando, Miss. on April 1, 1968, he was united in marriage with Norma Sue Maclin.
Mr. Glass leaves his wife, Mrs. Norma Sue Glass, of St. Louis; His mother, Mrs. James Zenia Glass; Three stepchildren: Gregory Lynn King of Red Bay, Ala., Pamela Jo Carpenter of Corinth, Miss., and Phina Leah Robinett of Iuka, Miss.; A sister, Mrs. Karen Edwards, of Leachville; One brother, Ron Wayne Glass, of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; Eight stepgrandchildren, and Two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Glass were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 1993, at the John W. German Funeral Home in Steele, Mo., with Rev. James McCrary officiating.
Burial was at the Holly Cemetery in Steele with John W. German Funeral Home of Steele in charge.
Norma Sue Glass, 62, of Steele, Mo., died Saturday, November 27, 1999 at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Miss.
Born December 1, 1936 in Bragg City, Mo., she was the daughter of Helen H. Maclin and the late Earl Maclin. She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren.
Sue was united in marriage to Tommy Glass on April 1, 1968 in Hernando, Miss. He preceded her in death on August 4, 1993.
Of the Methodist faith, she was employed as a Clerk for the City of St. Louis, the St. Louis Post Dispatch and was in real estate.
Mrs. Glass leaves one son, Gregory L. King, of Dennis, Miss., Two daughters, Pamela Carpenter of Corinth and Leah Hawkins of Iuka, Miss.
Her mother, Helen Maclin, of Steele; One sister, Romonia Blessing, of Spring Hill, Fla.; Ten grandchildren, and Three great-grandchildren.
