Mrs. Julia Meador, age 82 years, more familiarly known to people of this community as Grandma Meador, died early this morning (Thursday) at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Travis Nelson, from colitis. Mrs. Meador had been confined to her home several months from injuries she received when she fell at her home and injured her hip.
Several children and other relatives survive.
The deceased was a devoted member of the Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock at the Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. A.B. Sadler. German Undertaking Co. was in charge. Interment will be made in Holly Cemetery.
