Services for Sharon Gestring Sartin, 27, who died Feb. 21st at the hospital in Hayti, were held Feb. 23rd at the Holland Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Glenn Johnson officiating. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery with German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
She was born April 7th, 1951 in Los Angeles, Calif., the daughter of Murgie and Lois Gestring of Steele.
Survivors include her parents; her husband, Carl Sartin of Steele; two daughters, Tonya Underwood and Markita Sartin, both of Steele; one sister, Norma Hoover of Memphis, Tenn.; and one brother, Louis Gestring of Steele.
Pallbearers were Charles Wheatley, Dalton Kelly, Bobby Underwood, Hoye Hillhouse, James Mays and George Hicks.
