Mrs. Lillian Lucille Welch Holcomb, 66, died Thursday, February 22, 1990, at the Methodist East Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Born February 14, 1924 at Steele, Mo., she was a daughter of the late Luther and Katie Hall Welch, a member of the Church of Christ, and a day care provider.
On November 15, 1949 she married Edward Louis Holcomb at Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death October 20, 1956. Two brothers, Alvin Welch and Melvin Welch, also preceded her in death.
She leaves one daughter, Delores Rorie, of Steele; two sisters: Dola Burton of Steele and Evelyn Melton of Weldon, Ill.,; and two brothers: Grover Welch and Earl Welch, both of Steele.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, February 25, 1990, at 1:30 p.m. from Bradshaw German-Aumon Chapel in Steele by Mr. Mark Raulerson.
Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery near Steele, with arrangements by Bradshaw German-Aumon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Jeff Parks, Michael Parks, Wayne Welch, Jimmy Parks, Matthew Parks, and Johnny Melton.
