James Arnold Northern, 27, formerly of Holland, died in Tucson, Ariz., in an automobile accident on January 5, 1964.
He was born in Holland on March 27, 1936.
Services were held at Holland Methodist Church January 11, Rev. Charles Miller officiating.
Mr. Northern was a member of the Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He leaves his wife, Beverly, of Sacramento, Calif.; four son: Jerome, Derek, Melvin and Terry of Sacramento, Calif.; three daughters: LaVera, Sherry and Veronica Nell of Sacramento, Calif.; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Northern of Holland, Mo.; two brothers: Buddy and Lewis Northern of Tucson, Ariz.; and three sisters: Mrs. Sue Taylor and Mrs. Pagie Moore of Redondo Beach, Calif. and Mrs. Gilberta Bradford of Deering, Mo.
Pall bearers were Lonnie Pruitt, Harold Scott, Bill Northern, Jackie Kenley, Mervel Jones and Billy Joe Howell.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, John W. German Mt. Zion Chapel, Steele in charge.
