William Johnnie Rose, little 18-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rose, of this city, died Saturday at the family home from an attack of flu-pneumonia. Besides the bereaved parents, he leaves to mourn his loss, a grandmother, Mrs. Nannie Crawford, grandfather Rose, and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon by Rev H.W. Doss, pastor of the M.E. Church. Burial, with the German Undertaking Co. in charge, was made in the Mount Zion Cemetery. [Steele Enterprise, Steele, Missouri, Dec 15, 1932]
