Lana Helen Headley, 82, of Kirksville, Misouri died Monday evening November 23, 1992 at the Grim-Smith Hospital where she had been a patient since November 17, 1992.
She was born June 7, 1910 in Novinger, Missouri, the daughter of Leon H. and Madge (Blake) Goodwin. On December 21, 1958 in Redondo Beach, California she was married to Paul A. Headley who preceded her in death on October 26, 1970. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
She is survived by several cousins and many friends.
Mrs. Headley moved to Kirksville at the age of 9 and attended Kirksville public schools. She worked for Lambert Glove Factory as a young girl. In 1958 she moved to Redondo Beach where she was married and in 1966 she and her husband returned to make Kirksville their home.
She was a member of the Refuge Community Church. She was a very sentimental and good person who liked simple things.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday November 27, 1992 at the Fohn Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Lutz Cemetery southwest of Novinger, MO.
