When Ola Eva SANDSTROM was born on February 24, 1921, in Adair County, Missouri, her father, Claude, was 31 and her mother, Eva, was 32. She married James Franklin Blacksmith on February 1, 1940, in Lancaster, Missouri. They had six children during their marriage. She died on January 8, 2012, in Spring Hill, Florida, at the age of 90, and was buried in Novinger, Missouri.
