Hazel Rollins Rites In Eldon On Saturday

Dr. Hazel M. Rollins, 71, of Eldon died unexpectedly following a heart attack this morning in her home.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 in the Ninth Street Christian Church in Eldon with the Rev. Woody Wilkinson, officiating. Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday afternoon in Maple Hills cemetery under the direction of the Griswold-Kays Funeral Home of Eldon.

The daughter of Ambrose and Alice Mae Howerton Black, she was born in Adair county on Sept. 28, 1900. She was married to Harry F. Rollins who survives. Also surviving are one son, Howard Miller of Des Moines, Ia., and four grandchildren.

Dr. Rollins was reared in Adair county and received her degree from the Palmer School of Chiropractic in Davenport, Ia. She practiced in Stronghurst, Ill., and Camdenton. Following her retirement she moved to Eldon.

She was a member of the Ninth Street Christian Church in Eldon.
