Graveside services for Patricia Jones, 89, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jones died at 7:14 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born November 24, 1924, at Humble, Kansas, to Arthur Dotson and Mary Williams Dotson. On December 1, 1953, she was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Jasper Leamon Jones, who preceded her in death on March 7, 2006. She was a nurse and founder of Howell County Volunteers and Christos House. Mrs. Jones was a member of the First United Methodist Church, where she had been a Sunday school teacher.
She is survived by two daughters, Sonya Langkeit, husband, Billy and Trisha Robinson, husband, Howard, all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Lauren, Willow and Lilly Langkeit and Chelsea Bradley; one brother, John Dotson, Mason City, Iowa; two sisters, Elsie Dotson, St. Paul, Minnesota and Sherry Gippe, and husband Bob Wolfe, Bull Head City, Arizona; good friend, Evelyn Weisbrod, West Plains, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, one brother, George Dotson and one sister, Grace Houseman, precede her in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
