Edna Wiseman, 56, of Steele, died Monday, Jan. 30, 2006 at her home.
Born March 10, 1949 in Wilson, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Frances Warren Johnson.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Jessie Scott; two brothers: Richard Johnson and Bill Johnson; and one sister, Virginia McLemore.
She was a homemaker and a nurses aid.
Mrs. Wiseman leaves four daughters: Tammy DeWeese of Hagerstown, Md., Savannah Pace of Iuka, Miss., Jeanie Robertson of Steele and Mary Jane Bomar of Kennett; Two brothers: Barney Johnson of Scottsbrough, Ala., and Johnny Johnson of Memphis; Two sisters: Margaret Scroggins of Blytheville, Ark., and Charlotte Gudehus of Steele; and Twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wiseman were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006 at the Apostolic Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Steele with Pastor Jeremy Damesworth officiatin.
Burial was at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with John W. German Funeral Home of Steele in charge of services.
Pallbearers were Raymond Puckett, Don Pelts, Michael Tomlinson, James Dunavin, Gene Gudehus and Eric Wiseman.
Honorary pallbearers were Bruce Hollywood and Tommy Dent. [Steele Enterprise, Steele, Missouri, Feb 9, 2006]
