Helen Rae McCabe, 89 of Kirksville passed away Tuesday (August 21, 2012) at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
Helen was born July 19, 1923 in Cora, close to Milan, Missouri, the daughter of Ray Lawrence and Pearl Moore.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Kathleen McCabe and husband Jerome Schmeizer of Gloucester, MA and grandchildren, Nathan McCabe, Alexander McCabe and Victoria McCabe.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Friday (August 24, 2012) at Davis-Playle-Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Kirksville. Burial will follow at Maple Hills Cemetery.
